Here is what you will need to bring with you...
1. Social Security Card
2. Driver's License or State ID
3. $20.00 application fee for each person living on the premises
3. Most recent pay-stub or proof of income
You will schedule a time to meet with Amber, complete your lease, pay your deposit, pet deposit or give her your service animal prescription.You will also complete a pre move in inspection. Every person who will live in a unit MUST be on the lease. You will also be able to submit repair requests by using your tenant log in portal.
Some of our owners allow pets with an additional pet deposit. Your verifiable service animal is welcome in all our units.
Once your application has been approved and your lease is signed, you will be given an online log in to pay your rent electronically. We will also allow you to send your rent payment by PayPal, CashApp or Venmo. This is the preferred way to pay. However, you are able to mail in a money order or check or use the drop box outside our building to deliver your money order or check. Cash will ONLY be accepted in person. ANY payment for rent that is conducted in person will carry a $5.00 service fee.
We are a full service property management firm. Our goal is to help take care of your property while you take care of other things in your life. We screen and check all tenant's backgrounds and employment records. We take care of repairs, yard maintenance, schedule pre move in and move out inspections, replace HVAC filters monthly, complete repairs...we do it all so you don't have to.
Once you agree to allow us to manage your property, you will be given a log in for your owner portal. This will give you access to all the rental records at any time for your property. You will also be mailed and emailed a cash flow statement monthly with itemized credits and debits.
